"Fantastic local service -- especially if you've previously dealt with insurance reps at national call centers. Christina rocks! I switched my household from Erie Insurance to State Farm and immediately received incredibly improved service at a lower cost. Moving away from Erie after close to a decade was a stressful situation, but once I finally got on the phone with somebody at this local State Farm office --shoutout Christina-- just about all of that anxiety melted away. She is positive, patient, very informative and an altogether very pleasant person to deal with who is just down the road from you in Richmond, VA -- a very rare experience these days.
