"My experience was AWESOME !! I felt comfortable from start to finish. Because my renewal with my current provider was not what I expected. Infact, I am quite disappointed with the options for my renewal. So thank goodness I wasn't in a pinch. Moreover, I'm grateful I reached out to State Farm. I did the online quote. And within hours I received correspondences all the way up till today. I have gotten my insurance for my two vehicles secure. And I didn't need to break a leg to get something affordable. "My mother passed away in October of 2022 and i was left to take care of her house and effects after her death. A water line ruptured right after Christmas and I did not know for days the house was flooding. Long story short after 10 agents and nine months after the flood I finally got a check for damages. Even still, trying to settle things and receive the recoverable depreciation was like pulling eye teeth UNTIL Erika came into the picture. She has been such a blessing! When calling, if she is not able to take the call, she calls back as soon as she can. Erika has such a great, bubbly personality, so friendly and very helpful, she makes things happen!! I am so thankful that she is with me now, it is quite comforting to know there is actually someone listening and on my side pulling whatever strings needed to get the answers and the job done!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Erika Hall. Her level of knowledge and expertise is unparalleled and i promise you will appreciate the extra lengths that she goes to to keep you happy!!!!!!!"

"I had travelers insurance (terrible) and they raised my insurance by $1000 without telling me. I found out because my escrow went up. Luckily I was able to get in contact with Justin Hall from State Farm and he helped me get better homeowners insurance and matched auto insurance bundled. Was super easy and way better rates than travelers and USAA."
